Matthew 22: 37-40
Jesus said to him, “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.”
Deuteronomy 6:5
You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength.
One verse expands the other.
If we love God with all our heart, we will demonstrate it by loving our neighbor. It’s one and the same thing.
Which one do you love?
One who loves God will demonstrate it by loving neighbor, its automatic.
If you find loving God difficult, it will be also difficult loving your neighbor.
