The second of the hub world themes in the game, and like the others it's a nice listen if for some reason you leave your game idle in these areas.
Kind-of related personal fact: there was a flash game I used to occasionally play in the late 2000s (= before Sonic Colours came out) and the stage music had a bassline STRIKINGLY similar to what you hear here. Years later I was unable to remember the name of the game and the similarity started to continually elude me until I finally found it.
