Patients have about 6 weeks following knee replacement surgery to regain adequate range of motion. It is not unusual for patients to struggle with this. Manipulation under anesthesia is an option to consider around 6-8 weeks following surgery if patients have not gotten significantly beyond 100 degrees of flexion. I demonstrate this technique in this video.
