Lack of resources is still one of the biggest challenges facing people living with disabilities in remote rural areas. They are often neglected and caregivers struggle to cope with finances. A young girl from Ngcobo in the Eastern Cape is not spared. Her family says they've been asking for assistance from local healthcare facilities, to no avail. Now some residents are on a drive to assist those who are in need.
