I’ve officially started applying to new jobs — and honestly, it’s long overdue.
I don’t like my current job, and after asking for a raise, all I got was the same old “keep working hard and you’ll be rewarded in the future” speech.
I’m underpaid, overworked, and more responsibilities keep getting added to my plate with zero compensation to match. So I’m finally making a change.
Here’s what I’m looking for:
• A real pay increase
• A hybrid role
• Something I actually enjoy (or at least don’t dread every day)
I’ve been lazy about applying, but I finally brushed up my resume and started sending out applications. I’ll keep you guys updated as things move forward.
