There was a period in my life where I always felt stupid and worthless. At work and at university, which basically made up 95% of my life.

In today's video, I am sharing with you one concept I learned from 'The Courage to be Disliked' by Kishimi & Koga (a psychology / self-help book based on Alfred Adler 's theories I highly recommend) that completely changed my life: the difference between the feeling of inferiority and the inferiority complex.

The book made me realize that my inferiority complex was destroying my life and making me lose touch with my true self. Through the book’s teachings, not only did I figure out how to overcome inferiority complex and get rid of it once and for all, but I also learned that 'feeling stupid' can actually foster your personal development if used the right way.
