Humble Beginnings :: Official Fossils SMP Episode 1 | Minecraft Fossils and Archaeology

Today marks a very special occasion as we dive into the first ever episode of the Official Minecraft Fossils SMP. I was fortunate enough to be offered a spot on the official Fossils and Archaeology server, alongside many other talented paleo-creators and even some fossils and archaeology mod developers.

In this first episode we set out to establish ourselves on the server by setting up a base camp and getting a general plan for the rest of the series. We have some very exciting and ambitious plans for the season and I cannot wait to reveal them all with you, so be sure to like, subscribe, and hit the bell so that you don't ever have to miss an episode! Also be sure to comment if you have any fun ideas that you would like to see us incorporate into future episodes.

Winners will be announced no later than Jan 10, 2026 and will have their artwork featured in the FIRST EVER official emoji set for the Scuttles YouTube Channel . The winners will also be awarded the artist role here on the discord server! (if they would like it)

This is all just supposed to be for fun so get creative with it and give feedback for how you would like to see art contests develop in the future
