In this video I explain my decision to remove the Mopar Reinforced Tailgate and Tire Carrier, and switch to the Teraflex Alpha HD Reinforced Hinge and Tire Carrier instead.
If I had to do it over, I would save the money I spent on the Mopar part and not order it again when I factory built the Jeep. It is important if you plan on adding weight to the tailgate with either larger tires or other additions.
