"Bhangra Empire was founded in January 2006 in California, USA. This Bhangra dance group has had many high profile performances, including performing for President Obama and was photographed for Harper's Bazaar magazine. They also appeared on Season 5 of America's Got Talent, and have competed and placed in competitions across the United States and Canada! As one of North America's premiere Bhangra teams, the VIBC Society is pleased to welcome the highly accomplished Bhangra Empire to Vancouver once again."
