Here’s my son’s all-time favorite – homemade oats biscuits!
These biscuits are:
✔️ Wholesome & nutritious
✔️ No Maida, No Soda, No Baking Powder
✔️ Easy to make
✔️ Perfect for kids & toddlers

📝 Ingredients:
½ cup oats flour (dry roast & grind to powder)
½ cup wheat flour
2 tbsp jaggery (adjust to taste)
2 tbsp ghee (room temperature)
2 tbsp milk
Nuts for garnish

👩🍳 Method:
1. In a bowl, add ghee and jaggery – whisk for 3–4 minutes.
2. Add milk and whisk until creamy consistency comes.
3. Add dry ingredients (except nuts) and mix slowly to form a dough (don’t press much).
4. Roll into small balls, shape as desired, and garnish with nuts.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 12 minutes.
6. Store in an air-tight container once cooled.
📦 Storage: Stays fresh for 3–4 days at room temperature. But honestly, with toddlers around, these biscuits usually don’t last more than 2–3 days 😉.
