The fourth and final installment of our Connect: Coffee Hour series with Interim Artistic Advisor Kelly Corcoran will explore the concept of STEAM where the Arts are integrated into Science, Technology, Engineering and Math.
We're excited to welcome Jaria Gordon and David Laurenvil from Kids Make It (https://kidsmakeit.org/), Amanda Wheeler and Lori Halligan from Living Arts and Science Center (https://lasclex.org/), and retired music teacher and educator Andrea Marcum to join in on this conversation about how the arts support students' learning concepts of STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math).
This program will also feature a "musical interlude" composed and performed by LexPhil Percussionists - Jim Campbell, Brady Harrison, Brian Mason & Josh Smith.
