Our INDUTHERM test stand is designed for the thermal and mechanical testing of structural components such as load introduction elements.
Test specimens are heated inductively via a susceptor tube, which generates a homogeneous temperature field of up to 2000 °C. The heating zone is housed in a sealed chamber that allows for various test atmospheres, with adjustable pressure ranging from 1 hPa to ambient.
The integrated test frame enables static and dynamic loads of up to 200 kN.
Thanks to flexible induction coil designs, complex structural components and functional elements can also be tested under extreme conditions.
