Did someone say PLYO by the POOLside?! Plyometric, or jump, training is great conditioning for the muscles no matter what type of athlete you are! In this Tabata format (20 seconds of work/10 seconds of rest; 5 rounds; 2 blocks) you will work with short bursts of plyometric cardio, sure to burn fat and enhance cardiovascular fitness. WHAT A STEAL! As always, modifications are available on the screen so everyone at home can crush this workout!
