It is a paradigm of living a life of fulfillment made by the occupational therapist Dr. Margaret (Peggy) Swarbrick. It details that health and wellness can be defined by 8 separate sectors: emotional, social, environmental, physical, intellectual, occupational, spiritual, and financial.
