100kg/h Plastic Film and Bags Agglomerator Densifying machine Plastcompactor

The Agglomerator compactor densifying machine is designed for processing plastic waste for reclamation and recycling, LDPE, HDPE, PP, LLDPE, BOPP, HM, Polyester, Nylon, PVC PET PS PA trim scraps, baled or loose film, synthetic fiber and carpet, Fabric & Fiber waste.
Agglomerator is ideal to convert plastic waste dense cubes for easy feeding into Extruder.

Agglomeration Equipment structure
The agglomerator machine is mainly made up of base part, transmit part, discharge door part, pot body part, and discharge cylinder part.

Agglomerator Pot Body:
Made of stainless steel S.S.304 lining. Body made in two parts. Lower body of less height to aid in easy removal for setting of Blades.
There is a limit switch on the side of the down pot body.

Housing:
Houses the shaft fitted with the mixer blades. Consists of heavy-duty bearings. Water and oil cooling on housing helps to keep the temperature down to a minimum even at the high operating speed.

Blades:
Intensive Mixing Blades are provided with scraping arrangement.
Blades are fitted in accurately machined slots and provided with Locking plates to allow proper fitting over the entire Blade width. High-tension Bolts are used for fitting Blades.

Motor:
Agglomerator is fitted with a AC motor according to required capacity.

Output:
From 60kg/h to 1200kg/h
