"Quick" introduction to signal reflections! A few things I forgot to mention, that I noticed when I edited the video. This is a big topic for PCB design as well! Especially at higher frequencies. And the same techniques apply. For systems where you use the same wires for RX/TX you would put the parallel termination in both ends of the cable (RS485, CAN, etc ).
