Summer time is so great for getting together with family and friends. Come along with me as I prep for a family gathering.
On the menu: Barbecue Pulled Chicken, Pulled Pork served on flour tortillas with a whole slew of delicious toppings - Avocado Crema, cheese, lettuce, Pico de Gallo (fresh tomato salsa), etc.
On the side, we had baby potatoes and corn on the cob.
To finish off the meal, we served an ice cream cake with strawberries.
