Restoring a 50-year-old electric cart (9 months in 13 minutes)

I bought this 36-volt 1977 Cushman Titan electric industrial cart for $600. Of course, it doesn't work. So let's get it running again and learn a bit about how 50-year-old electric vehicle technology worked along the way.
