What is the gospel and how does it change us today? Romans 1:16 to 17 says the gospel is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes. Salvation means forgiveness, healing, peace, freedom, and provision. In 2 Corinthians 5:17 we learn that anyone in Christ is a new creation. Romans 10:8 to 10 shows a simple path. Believe in your heart and confess with your mouth. God makes us right with Him by grace through faith, not by our works. Ephesians 5:8 says you were darkness but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as a child of light. If fear or guilt weighs on you, look to Jesus. Agree with what He says. Speak His Word. Receive His righteousness and live from it. If you want prayer or want to follow Jesus, pause now and talk to Him. He hears you and welcomes you.
