Cobbled together clips from episodes 1 and 2 of "The Gunfighters." In the American West, the Doctor is mistaken for the infamous Doc Holliday, and the men out to kill Holliday decide to have the Doc's perceived accomplices, Steven Taylor (under the pseudonym Steven Regret, tenor) and Dodo Chaplet (under the pseudonym Dodo Dupont, pianist), entertain them while they await his return. The Ballad is repeated ad nauseum in this serial, but Steven's rendition is at least entertaining, and you can also get a taste of the voice that sings it for the rest of the show.
