Trapping is an underutilized aspect of fighting. Bruce Lee learned Wing Chun which is a trapping based system. Over time, trapping in JKD evolved and become more efficient. Trapping is used in boxing and kickboxing to shut down the opponent’s high guard. Our classes will teach you how to kick, punch, elbow knee, trap and wrestle.
