2. Potato – 3 to 4
3. Oil – 4 tbsp
4. Tomato – 1 small
5. Onions – 1 small
6. Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
7. Coriander Powder – 1 tbsp
8. Cumin Seeds – ½ tsp
9. Green Chilles – 3
10. Whole Red Chillies – 2
11. Garlic – 2 cloves
12. Asafoetida – 1 pinch
13. Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
14. Salt – As per taste
15. Cloves – 2
16. Black Pepper – 5
17. Cinnamon Stick (small) – 1
18. Big cardamom - 1
