NEW YEAR, NEW TRIGGERS! 45 MINUTE ASMR SOUND ASSORTMENT FOR 2019!

Welcome back my Brownies to another ASMR video and 2019! This video is a special ASMR treat being that it is almost 45 minutes long with over 20 different new, old, and unique triggers that vary in length from 2 to 4 minutes long each.

This video was fun to film but the editing was comparable to trying to fit a swingset in your Prius... a pain and a challenge.

This video utilized the Blue Snowball iCE USB Microphone, which I got in September 2018, but ever since I've started using it, editing has been a big hassle and challenge, For some people that do not know, My videos do not use the audio recorded by my DSLR's microphone, as it is horrible! So Instead I record audio separately using the Blue Snowball. to make sure that the video and audio stay aligned ('Synced") I clap three to four times to create a 'Spike' in the audio so that In editing I can sync the audio with the camera audio, then mute the camera audio, So that the video has clear and crisp audio.

What's been happening with the Snowball is that I will sync it correctly, and it will stay in sync for about 5 or so minutes and then it start to slightly de-sync from the video. For most of the videos, it wasn't that noticeable... but for this one, it was REALLY, REALLY out of sync, So after about 5 or so hours of trying to figure out what was wrong, I gave up and was forced to chop the video up into each trigger and then re-sync it when it would de-sync, Hopefully that makes sense!

After finally getting this video edited, synced, and exported, I discontinued my use of the Blue Snowball for the ASMR videos, I'll still use it for my live streams as those don't have to be synced. I have now gone back to using my Zoom H4N for recording the audio for the ASMR videos as it always syncs properly!
