It's been a few weeks slowly working on the Rabbit between other projects, distractions, and car shows! In this episode, I start without a plan; ripping into the wiring and seeing where I get to. That quickly escalated into removing the dash and the heater core. I'm not mad though because a plan soon evolved on how to install the wiring harness. I go over how to remove the dash on the early Rabbits/Golfs that have a 2 piece dashboard with the knee brace/bash bar. From there I remove the heater core and get to installing the VR6 swap harness from TDC Shop. I also install the throttle, clutch & speedo cables from S&P Automotive.
