Welcome to the channel. Today's topic is How to download drivers automatically for execution
Let us begin from the starting when Selenium came in to picture:
As we know in order to interact with any browser for Automation, we need respective driver exe.
1. Initially We use to download it manually and set it in the code using System.setPropery("driverName", "Path to driver executable")
2. Then WebDriverManager a 3rd Party dependency came in to the picture to download the driver exe automatically.
3. Later in Selenium 4, WebDriverManager is also no longer needed because capability for automatic driver download added in to Selenium4.
So, Today in this video, We will discuss evolution of this driver downloads.
