My family loves fruit cobblers. This dessert is easy to whip up and is always a crowd pleaser. I hope you and your family enjoy it as much as mine.

Cherry Cobbler
1 T. Soft Butter to butter pan
2- 21 oz Cans of Cherries
1 C. Granulated Sugar
1 C. All Purpose Unbleached Flour
1 Large Eggs at Room Temperature
6 T. Salted butter melted and cooled
Bake in a 10" Cast Iron Skillet or 2 Qt. Casserole dish. Bake @ 375 degrees 35-45 minutes OR until golden brown on top and cobbler is hot and bubbly around the sides. Let sit 10 minutes and serve with whip cream or ice cream.
Serves 5-6 people.
