The particle INNA إِنَّ is used to give emphasis to the جملة اسمية (nominal sentence), it also coverts the mubtada (subject) مبتدأ to nasab, and is called the ISMU INNA اسم إنَّ and the predicate خبر is called the خبر إنَّ.
