Shri Mookapanchasathi was composed by Shri Mooka Sankarendra Saraswati ( Mooka kavi), the 20th Acharya to adorn Shri Kanchi Kamakoti Peetam. It consists of 500 slokas on Goddess Kamakshi. It has 5 sections; they are, Arya shatakam, Padaravinda shatakam, Stuti Shatakam, Kataksha Shatakam, Mandasmitha Shatakam. Each section consists of 100 slokas.
Even to this day, the Mooka Panchashathi is a powerful hymn recommended for not only those with speech problems but for those who wish to master all the Vidya's (branches of knowledge)
