Jawahar Hotel is one of the most famous Mughlai Food Restaurant. In Old Delhi food Jawahar Hotel plays a major role when it comes to cater foodies. Started in 1947 in Old Delhi close to jama Masjid, Jawahar Hotel has now expanded it's reach in south Delhi as well.
We started this video from Jawahar Hotel Jama Masjid and then headed to Jawahar Hotel Shaheen Bagh. We got the chance to cover their base kitchen which is covered for the First Time by any camera while the famous mughlai dishes were prepared following the traditional recipes of the Mughal era.
