Assalam o Alaikum students in this video lecture i have discussed the searching operation of array and we can search any element in the array by using two methods
Linear Search
Binary Search
1-For Linear search it is not required for array to be sorted but in Binary Search it is necessary for array to sorted(either in ascending order or descending order)
2-In Linear Search more comparisons if array size increases or if item is present at the last position but in Binary Search less comparisons are require require required
3-In the case of Linear Search best case is when item is present at the start or first position but in the case of Binary Search best case is when the item is present at the mid position
4-Linear Search is less complex and Binary Search is more complex
