Going over some features of both the L3/Insight AN/PVS-15C and the Act In Black DTNVG dual tube binocular night vision devices and comparing them to each other. Both have some similarities but also some unique differences that I feel are worth noting. I definitely love both of these housings and personally feel as though 15’s are still a viable and great option despite the fact that they are getting old. Hope you guys enjoy it.
