A nostalgic flashback to 6th April 2001, when GMTV brought their “Where in the World” series to the sun-kissed shores of Phuket, Thailand. ☀️🌊
Back when breakfast television met tropical paradise, GMTV broadcast live on ITV’s national morning show, which aired across the UK from 1993 to 2010.
This special episode showcased Thailand’s beauty and hospitality from Nai Yang Beach, with the GMTV crew staying at the Pearl Village Hotel, now beautifully reimagined as The Slate, Phuket’s award-winning design resort by Bill Bensley.
