Hey everyone
In this adventure, myself and Dave head to the Gordons Bay mountain to forage for some fresh mussels. I haven't done it in a very long time and I was really craving some fresh & pickled mussels.
Hope you guys enjoy this video, just something different. Below is the recipe I used, you can change it as you wish.
Pickle Recipe:
1 cup of grape vinegar
1 cup of water
2 tea spoons salt
2 tea spoons sugar
Bring it to a boil and you done, let it cool down to room temperature and pour into a jar with the mussels.
