Restaurant Build Day 2 here in rural Thailand 🇹🇭
Not a huge amount of visible progress today, but an important milestone — the concrete slab is down, setting the foundation for the restaurant build.
While the builders worked on the slab, Tam cooked a proper Thai Panang curry, filmed step by step from prep to plate. This series is about more than just construction — it’s real life in Thailand, good food, quiet progress, and enjoying the journey one day at a time.
We finish the day with a cold beer and a sunset from the land 🌅🍺
