Roosevelt Mitchell is a substitute bus driver for Mississippi's Rankin County School District (RCSD). WJTV Reporter Natay Holmes caught up with Mitchell to find out more about his unique method of motivating students on their way to and from school. His story became known after Rajhon Mosley posted a video of Mitchell rapping on his bus one day.
