I'm TylerTeacher and I will be showcasing my top ten structure mods I use in my Forever World. All of them are safe to add and remove from your world without being stuck unable to go back to Vanilla for that new update you want, or if you are just no longer interested in the mods. All of the mods in this list use vanilla blocks and will remain in your world even after you uninstall them. The only things that will change will be a few unique items (mostly enchantments) that will disappear. Also, the loot in the chests may also be missing once the mods are uninstalled, but the structures, spawners, and mobs will remain (including custom mobs).
