Welcome to the Punch it Family! At Punch it Muay Thai Gym in Koh Samui, Thailand, we believe we're more than just a gym—we're a community built on friendship, respect, and unforgettable experiences.

This year, to celebrate Songkran (the Thai New Year), our entire Punch it family traveled from Koh Samui to Khao Sok National Park, one of Thailand’s most breathtaking natural wonders. Our adventure began with an early morning drive, followed by a ferry from Nathon pier to Donsak, and a scenic bus journey into the lush, ancient rainforest.

We stayed at the unique Praiwan Raft House on Cheow Lan Lake, surrounded by dramatic limestone cliffs and untouched nature. Our days were filled with kayaking, swimming, wildlife spotting—including rare encounters with wild elephants—and simply enjoying the peaceful environment away from everyday stress.

On our return journey, we stopped at the beautiful Wat Don Sak temple to seek good luck and blessings for our families, business, and upcoming Muay Thai competitions.
