US Stock Market LIVE: Futures on the Dow Jones are currently up 90 points, while those on the S&P 500 and Nasdaq are also trading above the flat line. The flip flop over tariffs continued as US President Donald Trump announced an exemption of smartphones and computers and other devices and components like semiconductors from his new reciprocal tariffs. However, both Trump and Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick aid that these measures are only temporary and that they will only be moved to a different tariff bucket. The new was still taken well by shareholders of Apple, as the stock gained over 2%, reclaiming $3 trillion in market cap. Despite this, some analysts are still not convinced that Wall Street has made a bottom
