Who doesn't like to have a slice of cake? Especially if it is a chocolate cake. I am sure it is irresistible. But we think it is difficult to make cake at home. Well in this video I have shown how to make Eggless Chocolate Sponge cake in 5 minutes using our Microwave oven. And trust me you will love the end result.
INGREDIENTS:
1. Flour (1 cup)
2. Powdered sugar (1 cup)
3. Cocoa powder (1/2 cup)
4. Oil (1/2 cup)
5. Buttermilk (1/2 cup) {Replacement: 2 eggs in place of buttermilk}
6. Vanilla essence (1 teaspoon)
7. Coffee powder (Instant espresso-1 teaspoon)
8. Baking powder (1 teaspoon)
9. Baking soda (1 teaspoon)
10.Salt (1/4 teaspoon)
