Back in June, I attended Derbyshire Dales Bus and Train Festival at Peak Rail, with my good mate Armani and Tyrer's Coaches - However, due to other commitments, he wasn't going back to Manchester, so, I decided to make my own way back, and this 2013 Citaro was my ride to Buxton.
New to defunt operator yourbus, This motor was purchased by Centrebus / TrentBarton's High Peak Buses, where it was painted into the 199 Skyline colour scheme, and given a new fleet number of 805 in 2020. It was then given the revised TransPeak scheme in late 2023, although it still regularly ventures back onto the 199 (As it did at the end of the video).
Enjoy some decent kickdown, as we fly through the Derbyshire countryside to the market town of Buxton.
