NEW BEST VEX TROUBLE FAMILIAR Build in Borderlands 4

Nice new buffs! Here is the New Best Vex Trouble Familiar Build in Borderlands 4 using the phase phamiliar red skill tree. Trouble can now output a lot more damage and with the right set up, can shred bosses and set you up to deal 1.5x damage. This is now a viable build to use and will become even stronger in the future when they add more levels to the vault hunters.
