Healthy protein pancakes

Ingredients:
For pancakes-
1/4 cup finger millet (ragi) flour
1/4 cup wheat flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup plant based milk ( depending on the consistency of the batter you want)
For dates sauce-
5-6 dates
1/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup coconut milk
Instructions:
Take finger millet (ragi flour) and wheat flour in a bowl. Add your choice of milk and baking powder to this and to and whisk till there are no lumps. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
In a pan, heat some coconut oil and pour the batter in parts to make pancakes.
For the dates sauce, soak dates and raisins in coconut milk for an hour. Now blend the mixture and heat it until it takes a thick consistency. Let the sauce cool down for a bit and then add it to your pancakes. Garnish the pancakes with roasted seeds and cranberries. #healthyfood #foodie
