ANTIQUE FAN RESTORATION! 1930's GE Oscillating Fan Restoration - This One Turned Out Amazing!

Today I have an antique fan restoration video for you! It's a 1930's GE Oscillating desk fan that I found on eBay for cheap. I really took a gamble on this one. The cord was badly deteriorated and the fan was untested. Had it been tested they would have found that the coli was shorted and the oscillation mechanism didn't work due to a stripped gear.

This rusty electric fan was a prime candidate for restoration. It had plenty of brass hardware and beneath the paint crudely slathered on the blades was either chrome or brass blades eager to be polished.

This one really turned out great! I hope you enjoy!
