max and lucas | the scientist (stranger things season 4)

they absolutely stole my heart since day 1, and it really hurts to see them not being able to become their silly goofy bantering selves throughout the season. But still, Caleb Mclaughlin and Sadie Sink's chemistry is on fire, and it's crazy how they can still interpret each other's feelings despite the whole situation and them not being together.

I swear, I cried twice watching the fourth season, and it's always when Lucas embraces Max into a tight, never-let-you-go hug. If Max doesn't wake up and Lumax/Mucas don't have their happy ending on season 5, I will be bawling my eyes out.
