Both dashboards are excellent - the choice depends on your comfort level with config files. Homarr is genuinely easier and faster to set up. Homepage offers more control and integrations, but requires learning YAML syntax.

I chose Homepage for my setup because I like code-based configuration and prefer the cleaner look.
