One Thousand Museum is the only residential tower in Miami to offer its owners the ability to explore the world within minutes.
The height of One Thousand's helipad, allows for it to be the 68th tallest helipad atop a building in the world and is designed to suit a helicopter as large as a Sikorski S-92. It will also be named the 9th highest helipad located atop a building in the United States with the other 8 being located in Los Angeles, CA.
