ngredients:
• 1 kg flour
• 1 cup powdered coconut milk
• 1 tsp cardamom powder
• 1 packet baking soda
• 2 eggs
• 40 g butter
• 3 tbsp powdered milk
• 40 ml warm milk
Making the Dough:
1. “In a bowl, mix your flour. Using a mixer, knead the dough against the sides of the bowl or on a lightly-floured surface until it comes together.”
2. “Knead everything together until a smooth dough forms. The dough should be nice and smooth, but don’t make it like bread dough—it needs to stay not too soft and light.”
3. Note: “I haven’t added sugar to the dough yet because I’ll add it later.”
4. “Cover the dough and let it rest for 20 minutes.”
5. “If the dough feels too hard or dry, add a little water or milk until it’s manageable to work with.”
Preparing the Dough for Cutting:
