戚風蛋糕/chiffon cake/6 each
1.低筋面粉/Cake flour 54g
2.細砂糖/sugar 50g
3.全蛋/Eggs 3 each
4.玉米油/Corn oil 30g
5.溫牛奶/Warm milk 46g
6.檸檬汁/Lemon juice 2g

卡士達醬/Custard cream/6 each
1.蛋黃1各/Egg yolk 1 each
2.玉米粉/Corn flour 4g
3.低筋面粉/Cake flour 4g
4.牛奶/Milk 100g
5.細砂糖/sugar 24g
6.鮮奶油/Fresh cream 75g
