Hello, lovely fellow wine-dabblers! Today we delve back into the wonderful world of wine through a bottle of wine from France's Savoie region!

We are opening a 2019 Les Rocailles Apremont Jacquére from Vin de Savoie VOP! I received it as a gift, so I do not know the exact retail price...

Savoie– a region in the French Alps
Appellation– a Protected Designation of Origin
Cru– a smaller PDO
Jacquére– a white grape with green fruit and alpine flavors; native to the region of Savoie.
St Badolph– a Cru vineyard in Apremont
Les Marches– a Cru vineyard in Apremont
Mont Granier– a mountain in Savoie
