매복 송곳니 교정치료, 송곳니가 안 나요 / orthodontic treatment of impacted upper canine (maxillary canine exposure)

오늘은 매복 송곳니(매복치)의 교정 치료에 대해서 알아보겠습니다.
치료 기간은 2년 소요되었습니다.
송곳니의 위치를 x-ray와 3D CT로 파악한 후,
최소한의 잇몸 절개를 하여서 입천장에 있는 송곳니를 노출시킨 뒤
작은 장치(button)를 붙여서 조금씩 힘을 주어 재위치 시킨 경우입니다.

Today, we will look at the orthodontic treatment of the upper canine (maxillary canine).
The treatment period took 2 years.
After grasping the location of the canine teeth with x-ray and 3D CT,
A minimal incision of the gums is made to expose the canine in the palate.

This is the case where a small device (button) is attached and a little force is applied to reposition it.
